Greg and Lyn's wedding.

Must be the season for rare visits.

Typical. You don't see these people for years and then they all turn up at once. Well, all three of them at least.

Indeed, we have the pleasure of seeing Anne and Adrian from South Africa in The Bugle for the fist time in a few years and a visit from former back bar regular Christy, over from Ireland. A great night and not a few beers, catching up on things and talking nonsense about the good ol days and some songs from Roger and Ernie.

Sooty and Anne.

I know, I'm rubbish!

But I have been mad busy of late, hardly in the country myself so.

As I haven't actually been in the Bugle for ages it's rather hard to report on it but some news for those who didn't hear, Robin and the lovely Kath are expecting thier first baby next year which is exciting, Shane finally graduated and is off being some sort of pharmacist (god help us all) and every time I go in the pub there's someone new behind the jump and I can't keep up at all!

More News.

This might make you laugh but, Sillo has been looking after the pub for the last two weeks for Eoin and Eileen and doing a pretty fine job too. Including playing gigs and managing to get up for deliveries etc... and the pub hasn't burned down, fallen over or sank into the swamp or anything calamatous like that. Which is a good effort for our Sillo.
